All the staff, very Bad service .

Room no aircon .Very hot .

Room was clean...nearby main attraction..restaurant below the hotel was cheap and have variety of good food

Comfort bed,reasonable price.the room was clean.there have a restoran with delicious food with reasonable price......

Breakfast with toast (chocolate, butter and jam) and noodle. Drink tea, coffe or tea. The staff is good.

The bathroom and toilet is not good, not cleaning... no toilet paper inside, the room is very small but for the price its ok.

Great location to go all over KL. Free breakfast. Good wifi

More cleaning. Offer some clean towel or room cleaning.

Only the mattress (comfortable) and bed sheet (cleaned).

Place smells cigarettes. Staff not very friendly , cleaning (wall was disgusting), facilities (super poor stuffs), cockroaches, old useless tv, toilet very small. No toilet paper. WiFi horrible Better options in the city, for sure!!!

Good wifi. Clean bathrooms. Walking distance to Petronas. They didnt have 2 beds in the same room as we had booked so they gave us a private room for the same price :)

Staffs are friendly...easy acces to public transport...and free local cuisine breakfast at the restaurant downstairs...so its worth what you are paying for

Good beds and Air conditionaer.

I have to clean the bathroom because there was plenty of hair and the wather doesnt drain, i have to put myself to clean the mirror and the soil. There was a lot of tabacco smell in all the rooms. used cotton buds in the Broken ceramic in the bathroom. Walls are very thin so we practicaly can hear anything on the other room next to us. Breakfast was stiky noodle with no flavor and worst coffe. I try the first morning and the second i pass on

The woman who came from melaka in the reception desk of the afternoon was polite and is a very guest friendly person.

The person who was in the reception in the night shift is disgusting, she is greedy and dont know to behave..Change that dog or else the hotel will loose its reputation...

All friendly reception, even they look very busy entertain other guest in the restaurant.easy check in and room is clean.

the aircond is not functioning well, and the curtain not that long enough to cover the window and people can see u changing cloth from outside, and we couldnt find the channels when want to watch tv

Otherwise it is okay

Only the issue was whenever we return back from outside, we have to ring the bell to get the door opened by the owner, where she is running a small restaurant. There is no lobby in the Reception.

Room was so small and breakfast portion was so little

Sparkling clean and good value for money,the breakfast was awesome and convenient location.

Right in the heart of trendy Kuala Lumpur area, shops and transportation links are pretty much on your doorstep
